How to check software/patch installed on Solaris 10

As a system administrator sometimes we have to check what application/package that installed on our Solaris box. To make this collection process become easier, below are the list command to collect all those program/package installed on the system, kind of "Program and Features" on Control Panel of Windows Vista operating system :
# pkginfo
To know information about one of installed packages use :
# pkginfo <package_name>
To remove package from the system use :
# pkgrm <package_name>
To install all packages that available in the current directory use :
# pkgadd –d .
